Commercial HVAC Technician

Campbell, Inc. is a 3rd family-owned, commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with 100+ employees. We are committed to pursuing excellence with impeccable ethics and through superior performance of our industrial HVAC systems.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Service and Maintenance Technician .

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay: We are a Union Shop and pay accordingly.

Benefits: Based upon Union.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm – with occasional overtime and on-call duties.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Valid driver’s license.
  2. EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
  3. Minimum of OSHA 10 certification.
  4. Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes or trained through the union.
  5. Comfortable working in high places.
  6. Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
  7. Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers.
  8. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
  9. Troubleshooting – Ability to stick with a problem and solve it.
  10. Commercial or industrial mechanical experience in building automation, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  11. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

Qualifications Desired:

  1. HVAC Tech School certificate.
  2. Journeyman Card.
