Business Architect – SC Cleared

SR2 are recruiting a Business Architect for an inflight transformation programme underway within government.
Due to the nature of the role, SC clearance is required.

Experience required:

• Define and maintain L1/L2 capability models, ensuring alignment with Home Office strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement transition states to evolve services, products, and technology domains.
• Collaborate with policy, operations, digital, and technology teams to align business architecture with organisational goals.
• Analyse, design, and improve end-to-end business processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Work with technical teams to align business capabilities with technology solutions and data strategies.
• Ensure business architecture frameworks support security, regulatory, and policy requirements within the Home Office.

This role is outside IR35 and looking to start in May.
