This role is within one of the most respected names globally in Real Estate Private Equity (REPE). The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has a fantastic reputation. They’re active across various European markets and are looking for a technically strong Analyst to join their Asset Management team, which will be multi-asset class focused.

The firm is looking for a dynamic individual who will play a pivotal role in driving their pan-European real estate equity strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with the London-based Asset Management team to develop and execute business plans in line with the investment strategy.

This is a technical role; therefore, the successful candidate must have highly robust financial modelling skills and technical capability. They must be able to build complex structures from scratch and have demonstrable experience of doing this in their most recent role, which is most likely in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform.

Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, asset managers will work on tasks such as refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation. They will need to demonstrate the same level of technical acumen as the acquisitions team.
