Pearson Carter are currently supporting our client, a business in the health & social care space, with their search for an Applications Development Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a technical lead or a lead developer who is an expert in Dynamics 365 development to oversee their growing tech team. As an Applications Development Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 10 while still being a hands-on resource, overseeing successful D365 and Power Platform projects. They are offering an excellent salary of up to £79K depending on experience and if you are inside M25 (up to £73K if outside M25) with 35 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) and a pension scheme, fully remote!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, test and maintenance of application services, ensuring the delivered services meet business requirements and user needs.
- Deliver services that are automated, scalable, reliable and secure.
- Collaborate with partners across functions to ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles, industry best practice, and meet the desired outcomes of the customers.
- Manage and develop the Software Engineering capability by providing technical leadership for the in-house team and external suppliers.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
- Expert level knowledge of D365 and Power Platform.
- Experienced leading a team of developers in the past.
- Strong soft skills with examples of clear stakeholder management experience.
Location:
The client has an office in London and Newcastle – please note, this is a home-based opportunity that requires travel to the London office 2x a month. If you live outside the M25, expenses will be paid for this visit. Please note - this opportunity is only available to UK /ILR holders - no sponsorship is available.
