We're growing fast and looking for reliable owner drivers with their own vehicle to join our network - work when you want, get paid fast, and build a route that fits your life. We also welcome 2-man crews and fleet operators looking to put multiple vehicles to work.

What you'll be doing

  • Collecting and delivering parcels, pallets and goods for our business customers across your local area and beyond
  • Choosing and accepting jobs through the Zippd driver app - you choose which jobs suit your vehicle, location and availability
  • Providing a reliable, professional service that keeps our customers coming back

What we offer

  • Competitive pay - drivers completing jobs through Zippd earn an average equivalent to around £80+ per job based on completed jobs over the last 90 days, with active drivers averaging £200+ per working day*
  • Rates for van work start from £150, rising depending on vehicle size e.g. Long Wheel Base and Luton Van work
  • 2-man crew jobs available - extra hands-on-the-job work is paid at a higher rate per job, e.g. Long Wheel Base crew jobs from £140, Extra Long Wheel Base from £150, and Luton Van crew jobs from £200.
  • Fleet-friendly - already run a fleet, or want to build one? Zippd works with fleet operators as well as individual owner drivers; our fleet partners are currently running multiple vehicles and crews under one account

Requirements

  • Your own roadworthy vehicle (car, small van, LWB or Luton van- all vehicle types welcome), or a fleet of vehicles if applying as a fleet operator
  • A full, valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) for you and any drivers/crew
  • Goods-in-transit / courier insurance for your vehicle(s)
  • Legal right to undertake self-employed work in the UK
  • A smartphone to use the Zippd driver app
  • Responsible for your own tax, NI and any required HMRC registration, as a sole trader or Limited company
