We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to help us scale our product and infrastructure with rapid customer growth. This is a great opportunity for someone excited about shaping robust systems and contributing to AI-powered initiatives such as automatic content creation.
What You’ll Do
- Define and improve useful APIs for our customers
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable features for our web-based applications
- Maintain and enhance existing features, adapting them for an evolving market
- Evangelize coding, testing, and performance best practices with the rest of the team
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams on new features that customers will love
What We’re Looking For
- You have significant production experience with large-scale Ruby on Rails applications
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You enjoy taking projects from inception to completion and are outcome-oriented
- You have a strong understanding of systems architecture, database design, and the Ruby language
