Your Impact
- Strategic Partnership: Lead post-implementation engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for expansion, system enhancements, and stabilization initiatives.
- Product Configuration: Deep-dive into client requirements to creatively configure Zip, solving complex business problems without needing deep technical coding.
- Adoption & Training: Empower stakeholders through high-impact training sessions, ensuring they can navigate and manage Zip independently.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Work directly with Product and Engineering to funnel customer feedback into the roadmap, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure long-term account health.
- Process Innovation: Continuously refine our Managed Services delivery model to maximize the value customers derive from the platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.

- Customer Mastery: A proven ability to "push back" on requests when necessary while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before the client does.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for leading client cadences and stakeholder workshops.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Comfortable "rolling up their sleeves" to build configurations while simultaneously managing high-level executive relationships.
