We are hiring for a Fleet Supervisor in our Providence market! Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will require you to work out of our Supply Chain location and travel locally.

What You\’ll Do:
- Upkeep/Maintenance/Repairof Vehicles
- Work within new and established Zipcar processes to manage the upkeep, maintenance, repair and cleanliness of the growing area.
- Negotiate and manage vendor service contracts to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired and cleaned to Zipcar\’s high standard.
- Analyze and determine when damaged vehicles should be repaired, to maintain car condition and resale value.
- Manage the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles, including Zipcar branding preparation and installation of Zipcar\’s proprietary access system.
- Work within a budget while maintaining excellent fleet condition and minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Supervision of Fleet Staff and vendors
- Manage a staff of fleet operations personnel.
- Manage vendor performance on hundreds of weekly tasks to maximize vehicle condition and uptime and minimize costs.
- Analyze historical trends and current operating metrics to identify actionable insights.
- Work with Business Units to support performance improvement decisions.
- Contribute to the preparation of Zipcar’s annual operating plan.
- Produce reports and visual representations of data for senior management.

The annual starting salary for this position is $58,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
