Your Role We’re looking for a seasoned ERP Project Manager to join our rapidly growing enterprise software company.
In this role, you will focus on leading large-scale, enterprise-wide implementation projects.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, strategic governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle.
As a core lead within our professional services team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and enterprise project management offices (PMOs), ensuring that complex deployments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational compliance policies.
You Will End-to-End Delivery : Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for complex enterprise customers from initial Planning and Design through Configuration, Testing, Launch, and Hypercare.
Project Governance : Establish, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, critical paths, and comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) to ensure milestone adherence.
Stakeholder Alignment : Coordinate and align vast, cross-functional enterprise teams, including customer champions, system administrators, business leads (Legal, Security, IT, Procurement), and third-party implementation partners.
Executive Communication : Establish a rigorous engagement cadence, facilitate steering committee meetings for enterprise clients, and provide regular strategic status updates to project sponsors and corporate executives.
