The role is a revenue focused position responsible for driving group sales across schools, corporates, partnerships, and travel trade. You will proactively generate leads, convert enquiries, and grow repeat bookings, turning Zip World into the first choice for educational visits, team away days, incentives, and group travel.
You will work closely with marketing and site teams to turn demand into bookings, build strong pipelines, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning sales performance for schools, corporate, partnership, and travel trade audiences
- Proactively generating and converting leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Growing school bookings through direct engagement with teachers, trusts, and education networks
- Driving corporate sales across team building, incentives, and private events
- Building and managing travel trade relationships, including tour operators and group travel organisers
- Creating clear, compelling group offers that are easy to sell and easy to buy
- Working with marketing to support campaigns, sales tools, and lead generation activity
- Attending trade shows, sales events, and partner meetings
- Tracking pipeline, conversion, and revenue, and taking action to improve performance
