Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for something a little different? We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can support our Food and Beverage operation by joining our friendly team at Llechwedd, one of North Wales' most unique visitor attractions helping deliver unforgettable experiences for thousands of visitors each year. This isn't your typical hospitality role. You'll be working alongside a supportive team in the stunning UNESCO World Heritage location of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Whether your background is as a Chef, Cook, Kitchen assistant, Catering, Café, Restaurant Supervisor or Hospitality Team Leader - if you're looking for the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of our busy food and beverage operation.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Leading, motivating and supporting team members.
  • Preparing high-quality food and drinks.
  • Supporting training and development of newer team members.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in attitude, reliability and leadership potential rather than ticking every box. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience of working within catering or hospitality in customer-facing environments.
  • Experience of supervising a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A positive, hands-on approach.
  • A willingness to lead by example.

  • Applicants must be ages 18 or over.
  • This role is based at Zip World Llechwedd, Blaenau, Ffestiniog - Home of Bounce Below, Titan, Underground Golf, Caverns and the Deep Mine Tour.
  • Weekend and holiday working will be required during peak periods.
