Zip Water is seeking a Claims & Returns Coordinator to manage the end-to-end returns, carrier collections and claims processes. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely credits, maximise recoveries and drive continuous improvement, while supporting a great customer experience; data will be entered in ERP/WMS and KPI reporting carried out.
The role requires attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
