With our Field Service team expanding, this is an exciting opportunity for anyone with the right attitude to progress their career.
As the Installation Engineer, you will use power tools and plumbing skills. No product knowledge is required at this stage; a dedicated 6‑week City & Guilds induction programme and ongoing on‑job training will give you the skills and knowledge you need.
Your responsibilities include installing all types of drinking water products, from retail environments to commercial and residential properties.
- Deliver a world‑class customer experience in every job, positively contributing to Area, Regional and National NPS scores
- Support the growth of Zip products and HydroCare services by exceeding quotation targets set by your manager
- Achieve an industry‑leading first‑time fix rate through the installation of all Zip products, in a timely manner, while adhering to all technical, health & safety requirements
