As the Installation Engineer, you will have great technical skills when it comes to the use of power tools and plumbing.

No product knowledge is expected at this stage as our dedicated 6-week City & Guilds assured induction programme and continued on-job training will give you the skills and knowledge to allow you to achieve your goals.

Our Installation Engineers install all types of drinking water products, ranging from those found in retail environments to commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience in every job, every day, positively contributing to the Area, Regional and National NPS scores
  • Support the exciting growth of Zip products and Hydro Care services by exceeding your quotation targets as set by your manager
  • Deliver an industry leading first time fix rate through the installation of all Zip products, in a timely manner, whilst adhering to all technical, health & safety requirements
