Zip Group Ltd is a wholesale clothing reseller and online marketplace seller. We buy and sell vintage and new clothing from a wide range of brands, from premium labels to everyday favourites.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and organised individual to join our team as an Online Streamer & Marketplace Sales Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in fashion, online selling and live shopping. You will help drive sales through live-streaming platforms and online marketplaces, presenting products to customers, engaging with audiences and supporting the day-to-day activities that keep our online sales operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Hosting and participating in live-selling sessions on platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok and eBay Live, where applicable.
- Presenting clothing items and products to online audiences in an engaging, informative and confident manner.
- Demonstrating products, highlighting key features, brands and condition, and answering customer questions during live streams.
- Supporting sales activity across online marketplaces and live-shopping platforms.
- Assisting with the preparation, selection and organisation of stock ahead of live-streaming sessions.
- Moving, sorting and organising stock in and around the warehouse to support online sales activity.
- Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure products are available and ready for sale.
- Assisting with product listings, pricing, stock checks and sales administration as required.
- Helping maintain an organised and efficient workspace, including the area used for live selling.
- Carrying out other reasonable duties to support the wider business and its online sales operations.
What We're Looking For
- A confident and engaging communicator who is comfortable speaking to an online audience.
- An interest in fashion, clothing brands, vintage items and online retail.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new platforms and systems.
- Someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to assist with practical warehouse and stock movement duties alongside online sales.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using online platforms.
- Previous experience in live streaming, presenting, sales, social media or online marketplaces would be an advantage, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are equally important.
