Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Temporary Booth Customer Representatives during the London Book Fair. In this role, you will engage with attendees, provide information about our services and publications, and ensure a positive experience at our booth.

This position is ideal for those passionate about literature and eager to contribute to a dynamic event environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and interact with visitors, addressing inquiries and offering insights into our publishing services and portfolio.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to assist attendees effectively.
  • Booth Presentation: Maintain an organized and visually appealing booth, ensuring materials are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather attendee feedback to inform future events and service enhancements.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and document potential client leads for follow-up by our sales team.

  • Qualifications:
