About The Role

As a Biosensor Research Scientist, you will be a key member of our R&D team, focusing on developing point-of-care electrochemical aptamer-based sensors (E-AB) for drug monitoring and other applications. Your responsibilities will include constructing E-AB biosensors, experimental verification, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AB biosensors to meet regulatory standards
• Design and execute experimental strategies in collaboration with the CSO and management
• Research novel technical concepts, review literature, and apply findings experimentally
• Conduct extensive experiments to validate findings
• Prepare scientific reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Assist in planning and organizing R&D activities

Technical Skills

• Experience with electrochemical biosensors
• Laboratory experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, synthetic biology, or related fields
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
• Strong publication record
• Experience with statistical data analysis
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Additional Competencies

• Master’s or PhD in relevant fields such as molecular biology, biochemistry, biosensors, etc.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Effective project and time management skills
