To spearhead the next phase of our growth, we\’re seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our ambitious team. This pivotal role is focused on strategic, high-impact outreach, leveraging your expertise to connect with key decision-makers and generate high-quality pipeline, supported by AI dialling technology to maximize your efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategically execute multi-touch outreach campaigns, with a strong emphasis on intelligent, high-volume calling using AI dialling technology to connect with key decision-makers in B2B sales teams within our target industries.
Articulate the Zint value proposition with nuance and authority, highlighting how our data and insights solve critical prospecting challenges for sophisticated sales organizations.
Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities for our Account Executive team through your targeted and persistent outreach efforts.
Leverage our advanced internal tools and your AI-powered toolkit for multi-channel outreach, with a primary focus on impactful phone engagement.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to contribute to the development and refinement of outreach strategies, messaging, and call scripts based on your experience and market feedback.
Maintain meticulous and insightful records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Potentially mentor and share best practices with other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement (depending on experience).
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in a B2B SaaS Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role, consistently exceeding targets in a high-activity outreach environment.
A sophisticated understanding of how AI and data can transform sales processes, and a passion for leveraging these tools to maximize outreach effectiveness and strategic targeting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, persuasive, and consultative phone presence tailored for engaging senior executives.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement/dialling tools (e.g., Connect & Sell, Salesloft, Outreach), with experience in leveraging data for performance improvement.
A genuine passion for helping businesses grow, coupled with an ambition to excel and drive meaningful results.

We are offering a £35k-£40k Basic Salary (depending on experience) + An uncapped commission structure.
