Overview
We are seeking a talented Insurance Subject Matter Expert to join our growing digital content team. In this role, you will create and review high-quality technical insurance training e-learning content for our expanding library of eLearning courses, supporting a diverse client base and industry partners. You will play a key role in shaping engaging, accurate, and impactful content that meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Content: Write, edit, and review technical insurance eLearning content across our digital learning library.
- Support Training Programmes: Manage the review and development of insurance eLearning courses, supporting our blended learning approach.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Content & Development Manager and wider digital team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure Accuracy: Apply strong copywriting skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Research & Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends, news, and hot topics to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Expand the Library: Build new content to enhance our digital library and complement instructor-led training programmes.
- Support the Team: Assist colleagues and managers during peak periods or absences to maintain delivery standards.
Experience & Skills
- Industry Expertise: In-depth and up-to-date understanding of the insurance market.
- Professional Background: Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or related roles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities. Ability to adapt complex technical information into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate, polished content under deadlines.
- CertCII or higher.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Content Writing: Proven experience writing technical insurance training content across multiple product lines.
