Are you an experienced Window Cleaner Technician seeking a challenging yet rewarding role within the commercial cleaning sector? This is a great opportunity for you. We are rapidly expanding and are in search of a dynamic Window Cleaner to join our team.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Basic: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Candidates must have:

  • Full Clean UK Driving licence
  • Clean DBS records
  • Proven track record in the cleaning industry
  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and solve problems

Main duties and responsibilities - In this role, you will:

  • Carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
  • Provide professional window cleaning services to residential and commercial customers.
  • Clean windows of various types, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced.
  • Report any faults to the supervisor/management.
  • Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve high-quality results.
  • Maintain high standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Safely access windows at different heights using ladders or other equipment.
  • Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to enhance their appearance.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work across London and surrounding areas.
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards, e.g., Working at Height experience MEWP's.
