As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and committed Technician to join our friendly team.
The Role
This is a varied and active role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in restoring properties to their best condition. You will travel to residential and commercial client sites to carry out a range of specialist cleaning tasks.
While experience in jet washing and window cleaning is a distinct advantage, we value the right attitude above all else. We are prepared to provide full training in our specific methods and equipment to the ideal candidate who is willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-pressure jet washing on driveways, patios, decking, and building exteriors.
- Carry out water-fed pole and traditional window cleaning at various heights.
- Clean awnings, canopies, and conservatory roofs using specialist techniques.
- Operate and maintain company equipment to a high standard.
- Drive a company van to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with clients by being punctual, polite, and professional.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Experience in Jet Washing, Window Cleaning, or Awning Cleaning is advantageous, but not essential; training is provided for the right person.
- Driving: A full, manual driving license is mandatory (No points preferred). Experience driving vans is beneficial.
- Work Ethic: We need someone reliable, committed, punctual, and keen to work.
- Physical Fitness: The role involves physical work, lifting equipment, and working at height (ladders).
