Are you passionate about plants and the outdoors? We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team! Whether maintaining beautiful landscapes, designing new garden layouts, or ensuring plant health, you'll play a vital role in creating and preserving stunning outdoor spaces across London.
Responsibilities:
- Planting & Maintenance: Care for flowers, trees, and plants through watering, pruning, and general upkeep (shrub beds, hedges).
- Moving and strimming grass fields, weeds, walkways etc.
- Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters, weed control hard surfaces.
- Moss treatment and using Westermann Honda moss remover.
- Hoe flower/shrub bed.
- Leaf Collection.
- Blowing of Hard Surfaces.
- Monitoring: Assess plant health, manage growth, and protect against pests and diseases.
- Landscaping: Install and maintain features like pathways, rockeries, and ponds.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure gardening tools and machinery are properly maintained.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Clear and full UK drivers license is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
- Ability to identify a variety of plants.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift, carry, and operate machinery.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team: This role is physically demanding and primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
