Role Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Zing Construction Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage cost planning and control across commercial and residential construction projects, including preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimates, and tender documents.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, producing cost reports, and advising project teams on financial risks and opportunities.

- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards, ideally within UK commercial and residential sectors.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
