About Us

Zing is part of Avidity, the parent company of a group of sales and marketing agencies. We build communities of tactical teams who support leading brands with new product launches, building distribution and availability, increasing sales in targeted locations and giving consumers the best possible shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Each client will have a different challenge or requirement they are looking for us to resolve. There is a variety of work that you can get involved in:

  • Auditing: This involves verifying that the client’s products are stocked in the correct agreed location, displayed within the allocated space, and have the correct shelf-edge labels and pricing in line with head office agreements.
  • Audit Fixing: You’ll carry out an audit and rectify any issues identified during the visit. This may include moving products into the correct agreed space, correcting shelf-edge labels, updating pricing, or resolving other compliance issues to ensure the fixture meets client expectations.
  • Merchandising: Sign into the store and support the team in replenishing shelves, displays, and promotional features. This involves bringing stock from the warehouse or top-stock locations and merchandising products onto the sales floor to maximise availability and presentation.
  • POS Implementation: You’ll implement or locate and correctly position point-of-sale (POS) materials, including display units, shelf barkers, wobblers, posters, and other promotional materials, in line with client and store requirements.
  • Planogram Implementation: Follow a head office-approved planogram to implement a range review or fixture reset. This involves arranging products according to a prescribed layout to ensure compliance, maximise sales opportunities, and maintain consistency across stores. Training will be provided where required.
