We’re recruiting a Territory Manager to manage and grow one of our convenience clients in East London and Surrounding areas. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers, negotiate additional displays, increase distribution and visibility, and drive sales for well‑known household brands.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. As a Territory Manager, you’ll manage your own territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a friendly, supportive field team.
- Managing a FMCG Convenience territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience working in field sales or similar role
Excellent time management and territory planning ability
A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
