Your Toolkit for Success:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, ideally with a focus on tandoor cooking, though we are open to chefs with diverse culinary backgrounds.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with an array of kitchen equipment – from the traditional to the modern – and a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
