zincwork is seeking an interim People Partner to step in for Sophie on a 12-month maternity cover.
You will be the first point of contact for all People queries, own HR KPIs, engagement initiatives, performance reviews and ER casework, and report to the VP of People.
You’ll be calm under pressure with a coaching mindset, empower managers to solve problems themselves, and navigate ambiguity without a rigid playbook.
Start before October if possible to allow a two-week handover.
