Responsibilities
- Own the look, feel, and experience of Zinc’s website, collaborating across teams to deliver bold campaigns, polished sales collateral, and event branding.
- Lead creative direction for Zinc’s website and ensure alignment with broader marketing priorities.
- Drive measurable impact through improved traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Deliver high-quality creative across campaigns, events, and launches; evolve the brand identity to reflect Zinc’s growth.
- Deliver tailored event assets that wow customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and enhance the creative vision for Zinc’s brand across all channels.
- Lead creative sessions and guide design direction for campaigns and new collateral.
- Mentor and manage the junior designer, balancing quality and speed.
- Collaborate with the CMO and Head of Marketing to evolve the visual identity.
- Take full ownership of the Webflow website, including structure, navigation, design, build, and maintenance.
- Deliver new page designs, build landing pages, and iterate quickly in Webflow without external support.
- Own Webflow updates from the wider business—keeping pages fresh, functional, and on-brand.
- Ensure the site is bug-free and responsive across devices and browsers.
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, CRO, and site performance.
- Design landing pages that are both beautiful and high-performing.
- Mentor and coach junior designer to create assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- Create infographics, case studies, and collaborate with freelancers on video assets.
- Support the content team with visuals for blogs, webinars, and industry reports.
- Work with the events team to design signage, shell schemes, and swag.
- Lead creative for bespoke community initiatives such as intimate dinners, webinars, and roundtables.
- Support marketing operations with demo support at events.
- Design collateral for product launches (sheets, guides, and visuals).
- Translate complex features into simple, engaging visuals for audiences.
- Ensure alignment with Growth, Content, and Events teams to create cohesive experiences within Marketing.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure design integrates into workflows; align with revenue to ensure sales and partnerships collateral is consistent and accessible.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A Webflow pro with proven experience building, maintaining, and optimising high-performing websites.
- Strong portfolio showing website builds in Webflow, brand identity work, and marketing campaign execution.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving teams.
- Bonus: experience mentoring junior designers and managing creative libraries.
