We’re scaling our Senior Account Management team to manage a growing portfolio of high‑value enterprise and regulated clients. This role focuses on ensuring retention of ARR, driving upsell opportunities, and strengthening our value‑led approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a £1M+ ARR portfolio across ~45 enterprise and regulated clients.
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities to hit ambitious revenue targets.
  • Act as the voice of the client influencing product, sales, and operations.
  • Shape and scale our account management playbook, processes, and enablement.
  • Lead renewal negotiations and unlock upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute success plans that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to high‑value clients.
  • Monitor account health through dashboards/CRM and proactively raise risks.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to champion client needs and feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of account management strategy and process.
