Zinc is seeking a Quality Lead in London to establish and shape the Quality Engineering function. You will drive the Quality Assistance model, coaching engineers to test their own work and building a foundation for quality across the product.
The role starts with close work on the codebase, identifying where quality currently breaks and building regression coverage. As the team grows, you will hire 2–4 people and raise quality standards across the SDLC.
