Zinc's Growth Lead will own the PayG/Consumption channel, driving ARR growth and acting as the internal champion for revenue from self-serve accounts. You’ll start hands-on as an individual contributor with potential to build a team as the channel scales.
Responsibilities include GTM, demo conversion, product feedback, pricing strategy, retention, and end-to-end channel analytics, with a strong entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
