We are hiring an SDR Manager to lead our mid-market outbound team at Zinc. This team is a huge driver of our growth, generating 60% of our pipeline purely from outbound. This isn’t just a management role; it’s a mission-critical one. You will take ownership of a team of 8 SDRs, helping them perform consistently at a high level, while building the systems, structure, and coaching culture needed to scale. We are also one of the most tech-enabled SDR teams in the UK, so you will have the tools, data, and freedom to do this properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance and running of the Mid-Market SDR team
- Coach, develop, and support SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Deliver structured onboarding for new hires and get them ramping quickly
- Run proactive training sessions to continuously raise the bar
- Build and refine process, structure, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Partner with the Head of Outbound on messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy
- Report on performance metrics and insights to the Head of Outbound
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience managing or leading SDR/outbound teams
- Strong coaching mindset. You enjoy developing people, not just hitting numbers
- Data-driven approach to performance and improvement
- Comfortable working in a high-output outbound environment
- Someone who can bring structure, consistency, and energy to the team
