We’re hiring an SDR Manager to lead our mid‑market outbound team at Zinc. This team is a huge driver of our growth, generating 60% of our pipeline purely from outbound. So this isn’t just a management role, it’s a mission‑critical one. You’ll take ownership of a team of 8 SDRs, helping them perform consistently at a high level, while building the systems, structure, and coaching culture needed to scale. We’re also one of the most tech‑enabled SDR teams in the UK, so you’ll have the tools, data, and freedom to do this properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day performance and running of the Mid-Market SDR team
- Coach, develop, and support SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Deliver structured onboarding for new hires and get them ramping quickly
- Run proactive training sessions to continuously raise the bar
- Build and refine process, structure, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Partner with the Head of Outbound on messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy
- Report on performance metrics and insights to the Head of Outbound
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proven experience managing or leading SDR / outbound teams
- Strong coaching mindset. You enjoy developing people, not just hitting numbers
- Data‑driven approach to performance and improvement
- Comfortable working in a high-output outbound environment
