What the job involves

  • We’re hiring an SDR Manager to lead our mid-market outbound team at Zinc. This team is a huge driver of our growth, generating 60% of our pipeline purely from outbound. So this isn’t just a management role, it’s a mission‑critical one.
  • You’ll take ownership of a team of 8 SDRs, helping them perform consistently at a high level, while building the systems, structure, and coaching culture needed to scale.
  • We’re also one of the most tech‑enabled SDR teams in the UK, so you’ll have the tools, data, and freedom to do this properly.
  • Own the day‑to‑day performance and running of the Mid‑Market SDR team.
  • Coach, develop, and support SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets.
  • Deliver structured onboarding for new hires and get them ramping quickly.
  • Run proactive training sessions to continuously raise the bar.
  • Build and refine process, structure, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Head of Outbound on messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy.
  • Report on performance metrics and insights to the Head of Outbound.
