Zinc is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead and scale our full-funnel demand programs across channels and regions. You will shape a data-informed playbook and collaborate with outbound, marketing leadership, and Commercial teams to drive growth beyond £50m ARR.
You will build and mentor a high-performing demand-generation and field marketing team, own the pipeline targets, and push for cross-functional alignment with Brand/Content and SDRs to accelerate growth.
