We’re scaling our Senior Account Management team to manage a growing portfolio of high-value enterprise and regulated clients. This role is all about ensuring retention of ARR, driving upsell opportunities, and strengthening our value-led approach. Take ownership of a £1M+ ARR portfolio across ~45 enterprise and regulated clients. Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to hit ambitious revenue targets. Act as the voice of the client — influencing product, sales, and operations. Shape and scale our account management playbook, processes, and enablement. Play a pivotal role in how we deliver value at scale in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead renewal negotiations and unlock upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute success plans that deliver measurable ROI.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to high-value clients.
- Monitor account health through dashboards/CRM — proactively elevate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to champion client needs and feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of account management strategy and process.
- Proven experience in strategic account planning, renewal & upsell negotiations.
- CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management skills.
- Revenue forecasting & reporting expertise.
- Solid understanding of SaaS commercial models (ARR, NRR, churn).
- Knowledge of HRTech or background checking.
- Data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday).
