Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach.
  • Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.
  • Engage with key prospects to deeply understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them.

  • CRM Hygiene: Keeping our CRM updated is essential for accurate forecasting and seamless communication across the team. A well-maintained CRM allows everyone to track progress, share information, and align on next steps.
  • Deal Control: You need to take ownership of each deal from start to finish. This includes managing client expectations, setting timelines, and effectively handling negotiations to close deals on the best possible terms for the business.
  • Honesty & Transparency: We value openness and integrity in our team. Whether it’s good news or bad, we need someone who can share challenges honestly, take responsibility for setbacks, and learn from mistakes to continuously improve.
