Partner up
Work closely with our Customer Success & Account Management leaders to identify where we can improve customer journeys and internal operations.

️ Support the engine room
Collaborate with our Customer Success ops and automation leads to build systems, join up tools, and make ops smoother.

Present with impact
Confidently share your findings in team deep dives and leadership forums, your insights will shape real decisions.

Stats, patterns, anomalies, you’ve got a sharp analytical brain and love digging into data.

You know how to read a room, build trust, and adapt your style to different personalities and contexts.
