Working with the wider team, you will price tenders from circa £5m to £100m, shaping and influencing the winning strategy. You will identify and manage risk and opportunity whilst collaborating to deliver competitive, high quality submissions.

About You:
- Proven experience in first principles estimating – pricing labour, plant and materials for groundworks, sub and super concrete structures, complex civil engineering, excavation, temporary works, steel structures, deconstruction projects.
- Confident in managing the full estimating lifecycle, from bid preparation to post-tender award and handover.
- Previous experience on site in engineering or commercial roles is desirable but not essential - most importantly, you understand and value the logic and principles that drive the numbers.
- At least 15 years experience.
- You build credibility through action and impact not job title.
