SEO Executive Northampton (hybrid working 1-2 days per week in the office)

Full-time, permanent

Salary £28,000- £30,000 per annum + quarterly bonus scheme

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-impact organic search strategies. You’ll lead on Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page optimisation, while adapting campaigns for AI-driven search and evolving Google algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SEO clients
  • Deliver Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Answer Engine Optimisation strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, audits and competitor analysis
  • Optimise for AI search, zero-click results and LLM visibility
  • Analyse performance using GA4, SEMrush and Google Search Console
  • Present clear, data-led reports to clients
  • Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be a proactive, analytical SEO professional with agency experience and strong client management skills.

  • 2+ years’ hands-on SEO experience
  • Proven success improving rankings, traffic and conversions
  • Confident managing multiple client accounts
  • Skilled in SEMrush, GA4, GSC and CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify)
  • Strong understanding of Google Core Updates and AI search trends
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
