Zinc Consult is a leading consultancy firm that provides expert advice and solutions for the construction industry. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on various multi-disciplinary projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the commercial management of multiple sites on time and to budget.
- Pricing and ensuring estimates are submitted accurately and on time.
- Resolving pricing issues with Network Rail.
- Liaison with Site Managers to collate information on day to day remits.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing change and variations.
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent.
- Rail/Civils experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical delivery of UK infrastructure projects.
- Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
