A rare opportunity exists for an outstanding Store Manager to join our store in Bicester (OUTLET UK).

The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success, whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard where team members feel inspired to come to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
  • To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
  • Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs
  • Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline
  • Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
  • Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P
  • Check timesheets are completed
  • To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
  • Profound experience in a similar leadership role in Bicester would be a plus (knowledge of customers’ habits, area...)
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for the brand and fashion retail industry
  • Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store
  • Fluent in English
