We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager on a permanent contract (CDI full time) for our new store opening in London, Sloane in August 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
- The Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager with daily operational tasks.
- He/she is responsible for achieving sales targets and exemplifies excellent customer service.
- Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining the store's visual merchandising (VM) standards and creating a memorable experience for customers to drive the store's revenue.
- The main areas of responsibility are:
- Support sales and VM
- Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
- Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)

- Profound experience in a similar leadership role in London
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
