Key Responsibilities
- Track and respond to enquiries to support the sales process
- Work with the relevant Sales Manager to support, both in the showroom and via email and phone
- Collaborate with the head office and key stakeholders.
- Communicate shipping and customs information and provide aftersales support
- Sample management
- Attend networking events to represent Zimmer + Rohde.
- Provide support for ADO sewing orders and manage the company mailbox
- General showroom and back office support
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the textiles industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with international teams and clients.
- Familiarity with the A&D sector is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Always showing a proactive approach to tasks.
