Key Responsibilities

  • Track and respond to enquiries to support the sales process
  • Work with the relevant Sales Manager to support, both in the showroom and via email and phone
  • Collaborate with the head office and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate shipping and customs information and provide aftersales support
  • Sample management
  • Attend networking events to represent Zimmer + Rohde.
  • Provide support for ADO sewing orders and manage the company mailbox
  • General showroom and back office support

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the textiles industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with international teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with the A&D sector is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Always showing a proactive approach to tasks.
