What You Can Expect
Within this role, the Pricing and Tenders Executive will support the management of tenders and contracts, and respond to commercially related pricing queries and other queries relating to the current contracted accounts. This position will support the administration of the end-to-end process for tenders by collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company guidelines, methods and policies.
How You'll Create Impact
- Manage all quote and pricing requests from receipt to customer dispatch, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Handle commercial pricing queries, including blocked orders, customer price issues, unit of measure (UoM) changes, and price adjustments.
- Insert and maintain pricing data in SAP, including cleaning obsolete entries and reviewing price inputs.
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, escape changes per PRAM guidelines, and complete escalation forms as required.
- Generate usage report, customer catalogues and pricing updates.
- Manage rebate processes using the SAP module and CPQ system.
- Safeguard compliance with pricing thresholds and monitor contract compliance.
- Support all tender and contract requests, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Produce tender business proposals to support commercial decisions, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist with the preparation and management of all Zimmer Biomet customer contracts, with the relevant Business Development Manager and Sales teams.
- Maintain and develop a database of tender responses for future use.
- Log and disseminate tender notifications within 24 hours of receipt.
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify bid requirements and respond to queries.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication strategies related to contract administration.

- Educated to A Level standard.
- A business degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
- Previous knowledge of the Orthopaedic market/medical sales market would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with SAP would be beneficial.
- Strong Excel knowledge and confidence with using formulas.
- Experience of working in a fast paced/deadline orientated environment.
