What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) your work directly contributes to the daily management of any successful sales region. Within the job, you would be responsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all the stakeholders across our Digital & Technology Solution portfolio. Part of this includes ensuring that the whole experience of using Zimmer Biomet products and services to the complete surgical team is free flowing securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Additionally as a CSS you will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.
How You'll Create Impact
- Act as a subject matter expert for the ROSA™ robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field as Neurosurgery and Orthopaedic procedures.
- Provide clinical support and facilitate the adoption of robotic assisted procedures using ROSA™ system.
- Together with our Sales team, develop a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities.
- Develop and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity.
- Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
- Follow all internal communication and documentation policies alongside adherence to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of Sales Management.
- Devote adequate time to improve knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitive products.
- Undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc. when required by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide, on a monthly basis, a report to the Regional Sales Manager, outlining performance, activities and competitive situation.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

- Experience across Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of robotic assisted procedures.
- Significant level of clinical expertise.
- Strong presentations skills, customer centric, relationship and communication skills.

Travel Expectations
Full driving licence is required for travel across designated region with occasional overnight stays.
