About the Role

We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain team at Zima Dental. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who wants steep learning, real ownership, and hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing, high-volume physical product business moves goods from factory to customer. From day one, you'll be trusted to help deliver against key supply chain metrics and support projects that directly impact cost, product availability, and growth.

This role sits within the supply chain vertical, but you'll work end to end across the full chain: production, freight and logistics, warehousing and fulfilment, and forecasting and planning. You'll also collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Product, Marketing, Quality, and Customer Experience to keep product flowing and projects moving quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is not a traditional early career role where you rotate passively between departments. You'll be expected to contribute immediately, solve problems independently, and take ownership early. You'll work closely with senior leadership and gain real exposure to how supply chain decisions are made and how they ripple across the business. The expectation is not just that you support projects, but that you actively help drive them forward.

This is a fast-paced environment with high standards and high expectations. In return, high performers are given rapid progression, significant ownership, and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles quickly.

If you want responsibility early, genuine breadth and depth across supply chain, plenty of analytical challenges, and the opportunity to accelerate your career far faster than in a traditional corporate environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Execution:
    • Work across the full end-to-end supply chain, from production through to final delivery. You won't own each stage outright, but you'll be hands-on across all of them.
    • Work directly with suppliers on production and order coordination, helping ensure orders are placed, tracked, and delivered on time and to spec.
    • Oversee freight management, making sure processes run efficiently and that freight is coordinated in a timely manner in line with stock requirements.
    • Track and monitor the performance of our key 3PL accounts to keep fulfilment operations running efficiently.
    • Work within the Zima Dental ERP, building a deep understanding of the platform and setting up processes that ensure it is used correctly and consistently across the whole team.
  • Forecasting, Planning & Inventory:
    • Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning across products and markets.
    • Help maintain healthy inventory levels, balancing availability against working capital and avoiding both stockouts and overstock.
    • Track inventory across locations and channels, and flag risks early.
    • Contribute to launch and sale-event planning so the chain is ready for demand spikes.
  • Data & Analysis:
    • Build reporting and track performance against key supply chain metrics such as service levels, lead times, freight cost, and stock availability.
    • Build models and run scenario analysis to pressure-test plans and support better decisions.
    • Use data to support continuous improvement across planning, logistics, and fulfilment.
    • Turn messy operational data into clear insight that drives action.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Quality teams to support business-critical initiatives.
    • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners (suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs) to keep product moving.
    • Communicate proactively to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Process Improvement & Scaling:
    • Improve workflows, systems, and supply chain processes as the business scales.
    • Support automation and efficiency initiatives across planning, logistics, and fulfilment.
    • Create and refine SOPs to improve consistency and execution quality.
    • Help implement supply chain systems and tools (for example ERP and inventory platforms) that improve business performance.
  • Ownership & Growth:
    • Take increasing ownership of supply chain verticals and projects as you develop in the role.
    • Operate with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
    • Contribute ideas proactively and take initiative rather than waiting for direction.
    • Develop a deep understanding of how a high-growth, high-volume physical product business scales its supply chain.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience:
    • Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong academic performance.
    • Degree in Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous internship, startup, or supply chain / logistics / operations experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative ability, and genuine enjoyment of solving complex, data-heavy problems.
    • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
    • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting.
    • Commercially aware, with the ability to think beyond individual tasks and understand cost and service trade-offs.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
    • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Mindset:
    • Highly ambitious and motivated by responsibility.
    • Ownership-driven with a bias toward action.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
    • Genuinely analytically minded, and energised by digging into data and tackling analytical challenges.
    • Excited by solving difficult problems and learning quickly.
    • Resilient, adaptable, and execution-focused.
    • Wants to grow quickly into a future leadership role.
