About The Role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Videographer and Content Producer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for both internal and external audiences, including website materials, blogs, and multimedia online galleries (MOGs) and creating training content. Additionally, in this role you will provide audio-visual (AV) support and some technical assistance to our Head of IT when required. (Full training will be provided in this area if necessary). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s storytelling efforts and enhance our digital presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a videographer and content producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and post-production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in providing AV support and technical support assistance is a plus or tech minded with a keen interest in developing in this area.
• Creative mindset with a focus on detail and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, and training purposes. Ensure all content aligns with ZILO brand and tone of voice guidelines.
• Content Development: Collaborate with various teams to develop engaging video content for our intranet, website, blogs, and multimedia online galleries (MOGs). Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and meets strategic objectives.
• Training Content Creation: Work closely with the P&C and Delivery teams to produce tailored instructional videos and other multimedia materials for staff and our customers.
• AV Support: Provide audio-visual support for company events, meetings and presentations.
• Technical Assistance: Assist the Head of IT with technical tasks as needed, including troubleshooting AV equipment and supporting IT-related projects.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Innovation and Creativity: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and content creation. Propose new ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our digital content strategy.
