ZILO, a UK-based FinTech, is hiring an ITIL Change Manager to own the end-to-end change enablement across our technology platform. You will ensure production changes are assessed, approved, scheduled and implemented with minimal risk, engaging with client operations teams and regulators as needed.
Based in London with a requirement to attend Canary Wharf 2–3 days per week, you will lead CAB/ECAB sessions, manage change calendars and collaborate with engineering, delivery and TA operations.
