Zilch is seeking an Operational Excellence Principal to lead the most complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance. You will translate customer and operational insights into measurable improvements, ensure governance and readiness, and provide technical leadership to analysts and delivery teams.

As the senior operator in Operational Excellence, you will chair readiness forums, oversee cross-functional work, and ensure delivery of strategic changes.
